That article is horrid but being able to register as a Witch (if that is where you get your primary income from, as in from workshops etc.) isn't such a bad thing, is it? Alright, it's very liable to abuse but it could be a way to validate those who actually make money off of the practice of Witchcraft (as a lot of us do). Just my two cents :)

witchcraft as a profession? That means that it's going to attract the wrong people for the wrong reasons, turning the real witches into a bunch of jokes! Way to go, Romania! Okay, it has it's pros and cons. I can see it as acting as a double-edge dagger, too. ~)O(~

Hmm...I'm not even sure what to think of this. On one hand, the government is approving witchcraft rather than trying to stop it. On the other, how many witches consider witchcraft a profession...? That means I have two professions. That doesn't make sense. I can see the other jobs they listed as being actual professions, but as for the taxing, I have no idea how taxes in Romania work, so...I'm in no place to judge, probably.
